The Media Manager will report to the Senior Media Manager in the Marketing Department. The media team manages Paneras paid media efforts in conjunction with multiple planning/buying agencies. The Media Manager position specializes in media planning and optimization as a strong project manager.
Successful candidates must possess the ability to forge close working relationships with internal marketing teammates and agency partners. Planning skills, written and verbal communication, relationship-building, accuracy, problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to handle complexity are all key position requirements critical for success in this role.
Support execution of annual digital strategy as developed by Sr. Manager, with significant focus on SEM and programmatic
o Familiar with strategic uses of all paid digital platforms such as programmatic, mobile, video, social, and SEM.
o Critical judgement of paid digital performance and seek constant improvement in and optimization of our buys
o Participate in designing, executing & measuring tests
o Work with Creative department to ensure CTA, URLs and other development/trafficking efforts align per digital effort (eCommerce, brand)
o Have full knowledge of digital billing and ensure all budget line items are accurately forecasted & reconciled within internal systems.
Live digital media campaign management
o Optimization ownership of eCommerce and brand campaigns
o Enroll internal teams on insights while campaigns are live to provide actionable implications
o Facilitate campaign wrap-up reports
o Utilize Multi-Touch attribution platform for agency and internal alignment on optimizations and results
Manage the functionality of digital media tracking within MarTech & owned properties
o Work with IT team to ensure the sites & apps are properly tagged and address any tagging updates or errors
o Oversee CRM usage for advertising per campaign
o Collaborate with 1:1 (Loyalty) team to lead integration of ad-tech & mar-tech.
