The Growth Initiatives Marketing Manager will support the Growth Initiatives Marketing Team in planning, execution and analysis of results of its various initiatives and campaigns to help drive awareness, trial, and retention for channel and daypart initiatives including Delivery, Rapid Pick-Up (RPU), Dayparts and new growth initiatives as they emerge. This role will have a heavy focus on our Delivery business specifically. Detailed planning, tracking, and reporting of a wide variety of marketing initiatives provides exposure and experience across multiple marketing disciplines. Significant cross-functional communication and coordination is involved, requiring strong communication skills and follow-up integrity.

  • Day-to-Day Lead centered around Delivery Campaigns and Partnerships, RPU/Delivery Blitz Contests, and Delivery Driver Canvassing Programs which includes:
    • Cross-functional team leadership
    • Communication calendar management
    • Creative brief development and input
    • Marketing material proofing
    • Marketing material production logistics with Print Logistics team
    • Field communication
    • Contest management
    • Marketing Rollout Guides development
    • Performance reporting including data/results retrieval from various tools
  • Primary Marketing Contact for all Delivery needs comprising of:
    • Responding to daily verbal/written delivery inquiries from a variety of teams across the organization
    • Working with Real Estate on Office Building Lists and Delivery Maps
    • Driving internal approval processes around delivery campaigns
  • Management of Delivery POP (Point of Purchase materials) and external materials.
    • Auditing creative materials and briefing teams on creative refreshes
    • Leading creative briefing on new needs
    • Working with partners on inventory tracking and management
    • Exploring cost-effective ways to innovate and evolve printed marketing materials.
  • Support a variety of Daypart Programs.
    • Communication calendar management
    • Creative brief development and input
    • Marketing material proofing
    • Field communication
    • Promotion development
    • CRM creative review
  • Project manage local projects and tests in partnership with various teams across channel and daypart campaigns
  • Work with outside vendors to source and develop promotional materials


  • Multiple years of proven success in marketing; fast casual restaurant or retail marketing experience a plus
  • Solid project management skills and proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines
  • Ability to provide creative review feedback and make edits as needed
  • Proficiency in Excel (including V-Lookups), Power Point
  • Mine Data and provide adhoc analytics upon request
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, reliable and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and manage/re-prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally
  • Excellent team player who can take work direction from multiple individuals, learns quickly and is adaptable
  • Good-natured, positive, energetic yet professional attitude, a must!
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
