HR Technology Coordinator
Based in: St. Louis, MO

Panera Bread is a specialty concept with unparalleled people and quality products offering careers as diverse as our Breads. We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Technology Coordinator to support system-related needs for internal and external end-users.


  • Serve as an HR Technology liaison to internal and external end-users including tier 1 support through calls and emails.
  • Work with the other members of the Workday Support team to respond to all phone or email inquiries to meet our 24 hour service-level agreement.
  • Analyze, validate, and audit system data.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements to better meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide direction and feedback to end-users on issue resolution and affect change management by providing guidance toward proper administrative and technical practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers to gather data needed to support the business.
  • Complete system testing of new processes.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities to ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain HR Technology process and user guide documents.
  • Build and update system reports as requested by our end-users.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR areas to understand system and reporting needs and guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of HR Technology or other systems-related experience required.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while successfully meeting critical deadlines.
  • Ability to align work with strategic goals and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
