Field Marketing Coordinator - Openings/Remodels

Ensure that all company openings/relocations (~70), remodels (~150) and drive thru retrofits receive the correct 4 walls marketing Point of Purchase (POP), training and HR materials on time.  Support Senior Manager, Fulfillment Services and Field Marketing Managers by coordinating production and delivery of marketing materials for all company openings and remodel bakery-cafes, thus allowing them to focus on the marketing plans for each opening and remodel that help achieve projected sales goals.   Assist Field Marketing Coordinator (FMC) for Panera Fundraising and Baker-In-Training (BIT) Kids Programs during peak seasons or as business needs dictate. 

Duties and responsibilities

Openings/Relocations (50% of time)

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the production and delivery of 4 walls marketing, training and HR materials by opening date, as well as tracking changes, placing early orders and communicating to café operations
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials (i.e. banners, flyers) to bakery-cafes to be utilized for opening marketing tactics
  • Work with design team on assigning proper placement on café buildings of ‘Coming Soon/Now Open’ banners

Remodels (35% of time)

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of 4 walls marketing materials for all base and premium remodels
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials (i.e. banners, flyers) to bakery-cafes to be utilized for remodel marketing tactics

Drive Thru Retrofits (5% of time)

  • Coordinate with GFX the production and delivery of drive thru menu panels for installation

Panera Fundraising / BIT Kids (10% of time)

  • Assist coordinator of Panera Fundraising/Baker-In-Training (BIT) Kids on scheduling of events and classes and acting as communication liaison between the organization contact and bakery-cafe


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and external partners
  • Strong problem solving skills along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills, business acumen and experiences
  • Process-oriented, results driven individual
  • Minimum of a BA in Marketing, Communications or related field
