Sr Manager, Concept Project Support

Panera is looking for a Senior Manager Project Support to join the Concept Team. We believe that the Concept Team is the heart of the company. It is accountable for elevating and advancing our food, bakery, and beverage menus. Last time we checked, the food is the number one reason that anyone goes out to eat so we think that this is really the place to be within any restaurant company. Were looking for someone who loves food and wants to work within our innovation team, collaborating with our chefs, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to lead our organization forward by developing and launching new products and platforms that will create sustainable competitive advantage for Panera. If you enjoy a face paced working environment and have experience working with internal teams that produces results you may be ideal for this role. We need someone with strong project management skills, and who can influence others. In short, we are looking for someone who loves the art of GSD Getting Stuff Done.

Job Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Shared resource for Innovation teams across all dayparts and major support systems, I.e. Marketing, IT, Customer Experience, data/analytics.

  • Support all testing from Lab and Prototype phase into the Versioning test phase through the Staging process.
  • Work with the individual Innovation teams to provide content direction to marketing project leaders
  • Review/approve POP support for tests
  • Support Staging Project Managers on all charter updates and releases
  • Enjoy Fast Paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while successfully meeting critical deadlines.
  • Communicate with Field Test team on Marketing & IT details for all tests
  • Liaison to the internal IT teams related to test issues and test processes
  • Understand the internal workings to get things done across all of the functions that work together within the company that support the Product Development process
