Essential Functions of the Job and Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve required KPIs: # of dials and conversations per day, # of emails per day, # of new clients acquired, and $ value of new clients acquired
  • High volume of outbound calling to leads and prospects and timely handling of inbound inquiries from the website and phone
  • Work in a virtual team environment and function as an extension of regional Area CSM team, with a focus on driving new client acquisition
  • Team with CSMs/Sr CSMs to accelerate research, scoping and outreach to target accounts
  • Execute outbound calling programs in collaboration with marketing and sales
  • Prioritize a call list of high-potential prospects and by analyzing reports within and other provided resources
  • Generate qualified customer leads via outreach and nurture efforts and transition to CSMs/Sr CSMs to close as new clients
  • Encourage online ordering and loyalty program sign-ups
  • Gather and track information about leads and clients in our CRM
  • Operates with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Develop mastery of Panera Caterings offer and how we operate as a selling organization, ultimately to become a quota-carrying sales rep

Additional Job Functions:

  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Perform other job functions as directed by Leadership
  • Available for travel up to 10% of the time
